Today's Prayer Concerns

Obama Speech to Tackle Gay Rights This is an affront to our Holy God. Look for massive troubles soon. Men's opinions about what is sinful may change, but God and His Holy Word never change. If you are caught in this sin, or any sin, there is a way out--Jesus Christ!

Already Under Judgement

Many people make statements that if we don't stop a particular sin we will fall under God's judgement. This is true, but their point is that the judgment of God is a future event. The problem is that sometimes the movements of God are not discernible to all people. Jesus' first ministry to Israel was not perceived by the majority as a move of God. In Jeremiah's day, the majority never realized that he was bearing the true message of God until it was too late. Could it be that we are already under judgment as a nation and most don't perceive it? According to Romans chapter 1 we have been under the cloud of God's judgment since at least the 1920s. That is right, the 1920s. This section will be long, so I will have to extend it over a few days.

In the 1920s, the roaring twenties, America was beginning to experience a shift towards lawlessness as a nation. Like the pattern in the book of Judges, the first step of a backsliding nation is that people do evil in the sight of the Lord. During the 20s there was a shift in the morality of the nation and an attitude that we need to turn from our roots as a Christian nation. The Scopes Monkey Trial was at work laying the foundation for a godless school system. In 1921 Margaret Sanger started the American Birth Control League. Her venomous speeches on abortion at times even praised Hitler for his contribution of ridding the world of an undesirable race. Looseness and promiscuity were on the rise in the major cities. Also, the streets were filled with violence partly due to prohibition. The divorce rate in the 1920s began to rise from less that 5 percent to over 14 percent in this decade. When the depression and World War Two came the nation experienced a spiritual awakening as the people, like the Israelites in Judges, began to call on God in repentance. However, the groundwork of apostasy that was laid in this generation would resurface in the 1950s and especially the 1960s.

The divorce rate in the 50s was running near 25 percent. This is the time period that most look to as the generation of the family, but a spirit of rebellion also had begun to set in. Then we were hit with the issue of prayer in schools. Some of the very first legislation in America that called for compulsory education was the Olde Deluder Satan Act of Massachusetts. It was believed that children needed to be able to read the Bible in order to not be deceived by the devil. This act and concept were the very foundation for the educational system of this nation. It had always been understood that the nation was founded upon the precepts of the Holy Bible, but this was about to start an avalanche that is just about to reach terminal velocity today. In 1962 it became illegal to pray in a public school. Most don't think that this event was that significant. Look at the violence in our schools today. Look at the promiscuity of the average teenager and the drug and alcohol abuse among teens. What should have brought the nation to their knees in repentance was nothing more than a necessary change to most. This was the first signpost of Judgment. Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Romans 1:21-24. The bottom line is that judgment started when we turned our back on God and began to look at the creation as god. "We don't do that?" My friend, the godless philosophy of evolution does teach that. More on this later. Please notice the last phrase after God gave them up and think about the sexual revolution of the Sixties.

Jordan's King warns of gloomy future This article ties in with the one above. This is the same man who six months ago threatened that Israel may face war before the end of the year. Problems at the mosque in Jerusalem may lead to an all out, devastating war.

House Approves Hate Crimes Provision in Defense Bill Preacher, This means you will soon be locked up for preaching against sin. Some of you don't need to worry! Your focus is on preaching earthly blessings. WOE unto him who calls good evil and evil good!

Ever before me!

"I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope." Psalm 16:8-9

What wonderful promises. I ran across this scripture while reading about a man who was facing a terrible, terminal illness. In the midst of life's worst news, he had calm assurance that things were really o.k. What made him so peaceful? This text. God is ever before us. That is why prophecy is what it is. God is already there! I am positive that events will soon take place that will rock the world. Our nation, according to Romans 1, has been under judgement, and without overwhelming repentance we will soon face grave times. The rest of the world will follow suit as the scenario for the Tribulation and the anti-Christ unfolds. The news from the last few days reads like the prophets and apocalyptic writings now.

But, Christian, the Lord is before us. He told us these things would happen. He is calling on us to prepare our hearts for home. Not only does this Psalm say that He is before us, but He is also guiding us at our right hand. He is with us no matter what may happen. The result--we will not be moved. Like the old hymn--"though all hell assail me, I shall not be moved" We are anchored to the stone which the builders rejected and now has become the head of the corner. Praise God! All of us need to trust Him who knows the beginning from the end and who brings us peace in the midst of the storm. God bless!

Today's Prophetic Headlines

It is time to prepare for soon coming troubles. Please don't take this lightly! Major changes are soon to happen worldwide. Children of God, this is not your home. Quit listening to all of the garbage preaching that attaches your soul to this world's material possessions. What good is it in eternity! Prepare your heart because our King is making preparations to come!

"A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished." Proverbs 22:3

During the 2 years before the 2K virus was to decimate the world, I watched many people begin to panic and allow fear to dictate their actions. Many friends asked me why I wasn't preparing for the upcoming problems. My response was always the same. "I have peace about it and I believe that things are going to be alright", I would say. This was a similar response when many began to fear that Jesus was going rapture the church on the Feast of Trumpets in 1988. There was no reason to fear or panic, and we made no provisions to gather in prayer for two days as some churches did. I am ready to go no matter when the trumpet sounds. That is the way we should be as believers. God has a plan and He will accomplish His will in His time.

Having said this, I now feel that the Lord is prompting me to prepare for an upcoming trial to befall the nation. There are many indicators that a soon coming judgement may befall the land. It would be a good idea to stockpile at least three to six months of provisions for a serious tragedy. No matter what happens, we are safe in Christ's providence. He will care for His children as He did the Israelites in Egypt. The Egyptians were being hit with plagues while the Israelites were safe. There does seem to be a prompting of the Holy Spirit to prepare for a problem in America soon. Any serious student of prophecy knows that the US is not mentioned in the Tribulation. That leaves us with the understanding that something has happened to destabilize the nation as a world power. We are seeing this happening all around us. Yesterday, we learned that nations are conspiring to remove the dollar as the oil standard. Japan and China have been threatening to call their loans and sell off dollars. This will destroy our economy. Add the moral and spiritual decay in our nation and you have the recipe for divine judgment. Friend ready your heart and life for anything. If I were the only one saying this, you could call me a loon. But this seems to be a consistent message coming from many godly men. Please prepare for tough times soon. Remember, people thought Noah was a loon until they felt the first raindrops.

I was reading Daniel and Ezekiel yesterday and noticed how greatly these two men were used by God. They were given some of the greatest prophecies and details in scripture. These were given in the midst of the trials of captivity. God cared for His own then and greatly used them. To those who are faithful, He will greatly use you too! God Bless. JN

Demise of the Dollar NWO Approaches

The Demise of the Dollar

In a graphic illustration of the new world order, Arab states have launched secret moves with China, Russia and France to stop using the US currency for oil trading

It won't be long and we will be an impoverished nation. God will judge us just like He did for Israel. Yet, like Israel before Babylon's and Rome's oppressions, most Americans think it won't happen to us. When we are outrightly opposing God's purposes with Israel, sanctioning homosexuality in the pulpits and streets, murdering millions of unborn infants, and perverting our children with godless foolishness, He will have no choice. Believers, call out to God for America as you brace for the whirlwind!

A Spirit of Deception

What was the one key phrase Jesus used repeatedly when He addressed the last days? It is a simple statement that seems to read like the headlines of today. "And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you"--Matthew 24:4. For emphasis, let's repeat it again from Mark 13:5, "And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you:" If you go to these texts you will see that it is the first thing that Jesus says concerning the end times. Again, just for emphasis, let's repeat this from Luke 21:8. It is still the first point Jesus makes in His discourse on the last days.

What seems to be happening all around us? Men seem to be under a spirit of deception. The point of deception is that you want to overtake or trap someone without their conscience knowledge. How do I know that there seems to be a pervasive, deceptive blindness enveloping the land? There are too many signs to give, but one seems to be more evident--what once was called sin clearly from every pulpit in America is now debated whether or not it is acceptable. God is immutable or unchanging. If His word declared something a sin in Jesus' day it is still sinful today. Men have lost the ability to discern right from wrong, and this too is a sign of the last days of deception.

Finally, there is a spirit of apostasy gripping the land and this accompanies the loss of discernment. I am sure you have seen all of the articles about the decline of Christianity in the land? This is prophetic. Paul addressed this also, and guess what he started this teaching with? "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition"--2 Thessalonians 2:3.

The bottom line friend--let no man deceive you!

Jesus Christ: Prophet, Priest ,and King--Psalm 24

Psalm 22 describes Christ's prophetic and sacrificial ministry, and Psalm 23 gives us a glimpse of His priestly ministry. Psalm 24 is the Psalm of the Great King. Notice the three in that specific order each showing the three-fold ministry of Jesus. As mentioned, this is a future ministry of Jesus. As the only God/Man, his earthly ministry would follow that pattern of progression. What a triumphant message. "The earth is the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein." Psalm 24:1 Jesus will come someday soon and claim the earth as His very own. And why not, He has shed His own blood to redeem it. This fabulous Psalm speaks for itself as far as Messiah's return. You can almost hear the excitement as the Psalmist focuses on the triumphal procession through the Eastern Gate. " Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah." Psalm 24:7-10 Notice the Lord has just came from battle. Also notice His name--The LORD of Hosts. There is no doubt as to who alone fits this description. Jesus Christ--The Son of Man/The Son of God.
