Today's News

It is 1:47 am. I was so aggravated by a couple of things that I read, I needed to post them to get to sleep. The Bible clearly teaches that there will be a sad falling away from biblical doctrines prior to the revealing of the anti-Christ and the coming of Jesus. Here is evidence from the Bible, "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;" 2 Thessalonians 2:3

Or what about 1 Timothy 4:1, "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;"

That day is here my friend! Focus on Jesus! He is the means of salvation! No blood?--no salvation! No cross?--No salvation! Without that precious eternal blood shed there is no forgiveness of eternal sin. We need His holy blood to wash away our eternal crimes against God!

Saying that, many are mocking that blood today. Listen to this quote pulled from a young man's comment on another blog. "...the death of Jesus was nothing of a sacrafice, he was brought back to life three days after his death, ooh what a sacrifice. That's like me taking the battery out of my car for the weekend then putting it back in monday morning." This young man claimed to be raised a Christian, but he turned his back on Christ for a happier life. False doctrines and phony believers tend to do this to you. He seems dedicated in refuting anyone that does trust in Jesus. Let's now look at the errors creeping into the church that might cause a reaction like this.

He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked." 1 John 2:3-6 (my emphasis in bold) Jesus Christ did not walk this earth as a homosexual!


Christian preacher arrested for saying homosexuality is a sin I am not sure if I said it here or in a sermon, but in every instance with something that may be offensive there is a choice as to who it offends. I can offend you or God. Sorry, you lose! My Savior paid too much for a worthless mess like me to offend Him!

Offensive Love

Did Jesus love? Did He love all of those that He came in contact with? He was loving at all times, is loving now and will be loving in the future.

Why all the questions? God's love is so misunderstood today. Like the false notion of complete tolerance, love has been reduced to a weak and spineless testimony by many.

Let's look at the love of Jesus Christ in action.

"Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,..." Matthew 15:7

"But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, Why tempt ye me, ye hypocrites?" Matthew 22:18

"But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind me, Satan: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men." Matthew 8:33

"Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched." Matthew 9:44

"And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." Matthew 10:28

Wow! He called a disciple satan. He told people about hell--that can't be love! He also called the Pharisees hypocrites; surely this is a mistranslation? No! The problem is that we do not have the concept of love Jesus had. At times, Jesus was quite offensive. His idea of love was closely connected with truth. Being a young Jewish Rabbi (as a man) He was well aware of verses like this from the Old Testament. "Open rebuke is better than secret love." Proverbs 27:5

"Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him." Leviticus 19:7

"He that rebuketh a man afterwards shall find more favour than he that flattereth with the tongue." Proverbs 28:23

This same notion would also carry over in the New Testament as well.

"But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews?" Galatians 2:14

"Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear." 1 Timothy 5:20

When was the last time that you heard a believer rebuke another for sin in love? When was the last time a loving pastor preached a sermon on damnation?

Our definition of love leaves out truth! Jesus was truthful because He loved. As God, He knew the terrors of hell, and did not wish for one soul to end up there. He used shocking statements like "hypocrite" to awaken the sensibilities and allow those dull of hearing due to self righteousness to see their true condition. He also lovingly rebuked disciples who were listening to the enemy and not following the will of God.

You need not walk around like a judgmental prude constantly, but if the Holy Spirit urges you, you may need to share offensive love in truth. God Bless, JNNJ

PA to Illegally Open Offices in Jerusalem

This is a very inflammatory move on the part of the PA. In essence, they are already claiming that Jerusalem, the city of Christ the King, is the property of the Palestinians. David won that city as a part of his conquest of the promised land. By taking control, his line became the heirs of the kingship/priesthood of Melchizedek. The Messiah Jesus, by right of succession, will return to Jerusalem as the King/Priest after the order of Melchizedek. "For he testifieth, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec." Hebrews 7:17
Jerusalem was only temporarily abandoned by the Jews due to their turn from God in God's redemptive effort to refocus them on His love and salvation. The fact that this city now is in Jewish control and the fact that it is terribly contested by the very people prophesied to claim it as theirs with a terribly false claim shows us that Jesus is near to returning! It is a pathetic attempt by a loser really. Satan knows that if the sons of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob keep the land he is nearer to that appointment with the abyss that he has. Sorry devil!! You can't beat the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! Your day to bow at His knees before all humanity and proclaim that He truly is Lord is quickly approaching!
